ORDER NEW CREW MASK

REPAIR YOUR CURRENT MASK. A Work Order estimate of the parts, labor and functional test will be faxed to your office for approval prior to any work performed. Repairs are completed within two to five days for EROS CREW MASKS - to guarantee a two day TAT an AOG fee of $250 will be applied. Puritan masks, generally within 12 days. Should your mask fail the required functional test, an overhaul will be required. A revised Work Order will be faxed to your offices for approval prior to any additional work being performed.

OVERHAUL/RECERTIFY YOUR CURRENT MASK. A Work Order estimate of the parts, labor, overhaul kit and functional test will be faxed to your offices for approval prior to any work performed. Overhaul and recertification is completed within two to five days for EROS CREW MASKS - to guarantee a two day TAT an AOG fee of $250 will be applied. Puritan masks, generally within 7-10 business days. Overhaul labor/kits cost is $1300 plus parts which will be determined by the mask’s condition. An overhaul includes repairs and recertification; the entire unit is disassembled and gone thru from head to toe. An 8130 is issued with all OH/RECERT crew masks. [NOTE; if your crew mask has any Adams Rite components, we recommend you upgrade to the Scott or Puritan option as OH/recert/repair costs are upwards of $12,000.]

EXCHANGE YOUR CURRENT MASK. Let us find an identical OH unit w/8130 which you may purchase Outright or Exchange by sending in your core for a refundable deposit.

UPGRADE YOUR CURRENT CREW MASK. In MOST cases, your 174-XXX Puritan Bennett mask can be upgraded to an EROS mask and stowage box. ENJOY.

ORDER NEW MASKS. Orders for new diluter or pressure demand masks are taking from 60-120 days ARO due to the current demands of our military. NOTES ON OH AND REPAIR: A functional test— which identifies leaks or blockages not seen by the naked eye— must be performed prior to the release or return of your repaired mask—or for the issuance of FAA paperwork for mask overhauls. Only occasionally are additional parts needed in addition to those in the original work order; if this should occur, a revised work order will be faxed to your office for approval prior to any further work being performed. Should you decide to have the mask scrapped or returned without completion of the Work Order, there will be a $550 evaluation/scrapping fee.
